Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Sharon Glass is an innovative and exciting, self-taught chef. She blends a diverse range of cuisines from a variety of fascinating cultures to conjure up delicious dishes and tasteful, satisfying meals. Sharon has taught cookery for over 20 years, and these classes, together with her wonderful Delicious series of cookbooks have allowed her to build a national and international following. The Delicious series comprises three bestselling cookbooks: Simply Delicious (2000), Simply Too Delicious (2002) and Absolutely Delicious (2005).
