| Sharon Glass is a contemporary chef whose recipes are a wonderful mix of the traditional and modern. Originally hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, Sharon spent 7 years in the United States before coming full circle and returning with husband, Anthony to Johannesburg, where she has been giving cooking lessons to avid students for more than twenty years. Sharon’s diverse knowledge of different cultures and cooking styles allows her to create dishes that are always scrumptious and mouth-watering. Besides holding cooking classes, Sharon also gives a full programme of demonstration and participatory courses.
Sharon has written two series of recipe books, which together with her classes have allowed her to build a national and international following. The first series of books, known as 'The Delicious series' comprises three bestselling cookbooks: Simply Delicious (2000), Simply Too Delicious (2002) and Absolutely Delicious (2005).
